Pat D'Amico, Founding Partner

Pat D'Amico brings to Psynchronous 15 years of experience from the agency side of the advertising business. Pat has guided strategic initiatives for a who's who of national brands ranging from high-tech Polaroid B2B to consumer brand advertising for the Dreyfus Corporation. Prior to co-founding Psynchronous, Pat was SVP/Group Director at Arnold Worldwide where he set the strategic direction for the $70-million dollar Verizon Communications account. While at Arnold, he also helped craft the first brand positioning exercise for the wallstreetjournal.com. Having started in the business as a writer, Pat was twice honored with the Archbishop Fulton J. Sheen Award for Public Service Communications for his work benefiting the hungry, the "only award that has ever mattered," says Pat.

Kris Washington, Founding Partner

Kris Washington started his advertising career at the New York office of McCann-Erickson Worldwide, where he helped brands including AT&T Business Services, Motorola, and 1-800-FLOWERS.com produce effective advertising campaigns. To learn the new business of 'interactive advertising' Kris moved to Boston's Circle.com where he headed the Verizon business. While at Circle, Kris worked closely with his counterpart, Pat D'Amico, at Arnold Worldwide to make the Verizon business an example of online/offline integration. Kris moved to Holland Mark Advertising where he directed the Polaroid and Teradyne accounts.
